This is not a review for the product itself but more for the servicer provided. I have ordered 10 of these and received only 7. Filed a complaint with the company which says someone will get in touch within 24hr...well, it's been three times that and still nothing. Didn't expect that from a company with such a strong reputation.
I thought I would like this diffuser but, was annoyed by the design. Difficult to read the numbers and unclear about lightning component. Scent was fine but, unfortunately, I was allergic to the fragrant oil and had to give it away. I purchased the scent in cleaning products and it didn't seem to bother my respiratory system.
Love almost everything about these plug-ins. The sensor lovely the plug-ins are substantial. My only complaint is the switch to indicate 24 or 16 hour is not labeled properly so it's a guessing game whether you have it on 24 hour or 16 hour. And there's no real instructions on setting the 16 hour run time.
This product smells so great and makes our bathroom a much more enjoyable place to be. Though I've only used it for a few weeks (~4-6), and the oil is already 3/4 empty.
best fall scent out ! love the light fall cleanliness and the consistent smell.
