I never received. I contacted company 3x - the online bot is frustrating. Too bad. I will not order online again.
The product is great and have been a loyal customer for years. But on my last order instead of 3 detergents ordered only 1 was shipped. That was disappointing but more disappointing is that I have reached out twice with no reply from Mrs. Meyers customer service.
This laundry detergent is excellent and I know i will be using this from here on out! I’m a lover of so many Mrs. Meyers products and I wanted to try their laundry detergent for myself (I’ve used it before in the past when staying with my mom but not enough to feel the difference) The basil scent I’m familiar with, clean and herbal scent that is light, yet lingers on the clothes after drying. Very nostalgic scent for me. Now, the cleaning ability? I think it works better than most standard detergents (ex: I’ve used ALL clean & clear and arm & hammer) and I noticed my clothes feel much cleaner, perhaps it’s because this detergent also SOFTENS! The clothes— which I am so grateful for. We have very hard water in our apartment and our clothes usually come out feeling very stale (and smelling like it too) but this laundry detergent makes enough of a difference for me to be curious to try using the laundry detergent + their fabric softener in the future. Overall I’m very happy with the cleaning abilities, softening effects, and the pleasant scent. Mrs. Meyers, please don’t change being a clean and transparent label brand🙏🏽
I am thrilled to have found an eco-friendlier brand that actually works. Clothes smell fresh & clean, and the ingredients seem safe for my machine.
