While I love the products in the pet line this item is impossible to open. I never did figure it out and ended up breaking the nozzle rendering the item useful and a waste of money.

I cannot figure out how to open this to spray. My husband can't figure it out either. Maybe it's a faulty nozzle? Help please!
The scent is good and strong. The nozzle broke off on the two bottles I purchased. The first time I returned it for the same. Now this nozzle broke off. I’m not driving an hour to replace the bottle for a second time.
